MESHTASTIC - RF Indicator

 Inspired by ZAFER YILDIZ (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HlBcwCF93uk), I have tried an easy insert to visually identify when my Meshtastic device is transmitting during my experiments. For those interested, here is the solution in a nutshell. Be aware that, based on a quick comparison, it is not a good idea to keep it inserted permanently, as it decreases transmitted power by ~2 dBm and reduces reception sensitivity by 3 dBi. While it is useful and acceptable for experiments, those with low signal coverage may find that it significantly impacts connection quality with their neighbors.
